Terms and Conditions

Upfront payment is required at the time of booking. I understand my booking is not secured until payment has been received by TBL.

If you are unable to make a session due to illness or other, we will have a recorded session available for you, otherwise if there is space available in other group sessions, we will endeavour to pop you in there. Refunds for single sessions are not available.

No refunds available for no shows.

If you need to cancel your booking of all three classes, a full refund is available up until 48 hours prior. If within the 48 hours, a deduction of 20% will be taken from your refund to cover administration and banking fees.

If you need to reschedule to another group block of classes, we are happy to accommodate this if there are spaces available. Please let us know prior to commencement of your first class with at least 48 hours’ notice please.

Class length of time is approximately 2 hours. Some classes may run shorter or longer depending on class participation.

In the event of the educator cancelling the session due to illness or other, every effort will be made to reschedule the class for the participants.
