Fee Structure

The Bubble is a private billing clinic – please ensure fees are paid at the time of consultation.

Medicare rebates can be electronically claimed by us at the time of payment for your convenience. We do not keep cash on site and prefer non cash payments please.

The Medicare rebate refers to the amount of money that the Australian government contributes towards the cost of your appointment. Your out-of-pocket amount is the difference between the full fee and your Medicare rebate.

Are you aware of the Medicare Safety Net?
Medicare has a safety net to help reduce out of pocket costs to patients for medical expenses. This includes gaps at the GP, medical specialists, surgeons, radiology and pathology. The threshold applies as a family group as per Medicare.
Once the threshold is reached Medicare will reimburse you 80% of out-of-pocket costs.

Please note that the fees displayed on this website are provided as guidance and are subject to change. The charges for medical services rendered at our practice are at the discretion of each individual contractor doctor. Therefore, the final fee for your consultation or procedure may vary depending on the specific doctor you see. We recommend contacting our practice directly or speaking to the doctor to inquire about the current fees for the services you require.
