Isabelle Goodwin

APD, CEDC

she/her/hers

Izzy (she/her) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC).

Izzy practices with a non-diet approach and supports her clients to build intuitive eating skills. She recognises that weight is an insignificant piece of the puzzle when it comes to health and instead focuses on building healthy, sustainable habits with her clients.
She can support you to improve your relationship with food related to PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, nutritional deficiency and binge eating disorder (BED), with a special interest in the crossover between eating behaviours and neurodivergence.

Izzy is committed to helping her clients feel empowered and confident about food decisions. She welcomes adult clients from all backgrounds including neurodivergent and queer folk.

When she's not supporting clients, you'll find Izzy searching for a new hiking trail, baking, riding her motorbike or sharing food with family and friends.
