Libby Grimditch

MDietetics, BSc Nutrition

she/her/hers

Meet Libby, our newly appointed accredited practicing dietitian. With a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (2020) and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics (2025), as well as 18 months experience as a Nutritionist, Libby has the most up to date skills and knowledge. Her love for and interest in food, along with her caring nature, is what directed her to nutrition and dietetics.

Libby’s main areas of focus are to prevent and treat chronic disease, and to support women in their journey to a nourishing and fulfilling lifestyle.

Libby loves socialising with friends while enjoying a meal, maybe a wine or two, and definitely dessert! When she isn’t working, you may find her with a microphone on a stage somewhere – as singing and performing are things she is also passionate about.

While Libby admits she may not have all the answers, she promises to ensure all of her patients leave the room feeling comfortable and confident.
