Katarina is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of South Australia in 2011. With a career spanning the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors, she brings extensive clinical expertise and a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Since 2015, she has owned and operated a physio-led clinical Pilates studio in Adelaide, South Australia, primarily focusing on supporting people to maintain physical fitness and wellbeing through pregnancy, postpartum, and into menopause. This work has naturally led to a strong and undeniable pull to expand her clinical skills in pelvic health and to combine visiting family in Tasmania with work at The Bubble Launceston!

She is committed to helping people navigate pelvic health concerns through evidence-based assessment, education, and management—supporting their autonomy and confidence at every stage of life. Katarina can treat a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, stress and urge incontinence, generalised pelvic pain, pregnancy pelvic girdle pain, sexual pain, as well as antenatal and postpartum assessments.

In her spare time, you’ll find Katarina enjoying life in Adelaide with her husband and young daughter—soaking up the outdoors, good coffee, and exploring all the local playgrounds in between a busy life.

Kat can advise on the following topics:
