she/her/hers

Meet Dani, our senior accredited practicing dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in private practice. With a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition (2012) and a Master of Dietetics (2015), she blends her academic expertise with her passion for food and cooking. While her love for food led her to study food science, her drive to make a difference in people's health steered her towards dietetics.

Dani specialises in using dietary intervention to treat chronic conditions, with a particular focus on women's health. She takes pride in offering personalised nutrition advice, helping her patients nourish their bodies with wholesome, nutritious foods. As a busy working mum herself, she’s passionate about finding practical solutions for the time-poor, making meal planning simpler and stress-free.

Specifically, Dani can advise on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, gestational diabetes, PCOS, endometriosis/adenomyosis, menopause, weight management, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease, and arthritis. This allows her to provide comprehensive support across various aspects of women's health and chronic disease management.

With Italian, Polish, and German roots, Dani’s love for food is practically in her DNA. Cooking is her favorite pastime, but she also enjoys socialising (preferably with a glass of vino) and spending quality time with her family at the shack.

Dani can advise on the following topics:
