Sara is a registered Psychologist and certified Play Therapist with a special interest in perinatal and early parenting mental health, as well as infant attachment. She is passionate about supporting parents through the ups and downs of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Sara's approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based, informed by therapies such as CBT, ACT, Circle of Security, DIR Floortime, EMDR and attachment-informed practice. Sara has also commenced further training in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC).

Sara works with clients experiencing the following:
- preconception and preparation for parenthood
- perinatal mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety
- neuro-affirming perinatal support including birth plan preparation, advocacy and accommodations
- birth trauma
- adjustment to parenthood and identity changes
- infant mental health and parent-child attachment 
- early childhood parenting support

Sara believes every parent deserves care and to be held and supported during this life stage; she is committed to helping families to build strong, nurturing foundations for themselves and their children.
