Dr. Catherine grew up in Hobart and graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2010. She worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital, primarily in Paediatrics and Obstetrics, and obtained her Diploma of Child Health in 2013. She then completed her general practice training in southern Tasmania and achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2016.
Dr. Catherine has since spent time working in general practices across Australia and relocated back to Tasmania in 2021 with her family. She has a special interest in Women’s and Children’s Health and completed the theory component of the FPAA Certificate of Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2021.
Dr. Catherine takes a patient-centred approach and is excited to assist you with your needs around contraception, sexual health, fertility, period challenges, and post-natal and baby checks.
Outside of work, Dr. Catherine spends most of her time caring for and being entertained by her three young daughters. She particularly loves watching her children explore the outdoors and discover new things. Any extra time she finds is spent reading, building Lego, or doing reformer Pilates.
