WHAT TO EXPECT
These sessions are designed to be educational, supportive and suitable for all experience levels. Each class
includes a short education component accompanied by gentle, guided mat-based Pilates focused on pelvic
floor and core support. These classes are ideal for beginners and no previous Pilates experience is required.
Exercises will be low-impact, gentle and tailored to the group. Options and modifications will be provided
throughout the session. Please note this is a small group educational class, not an individual physiotherapy
assessment. If specific concerns arise, Katarina may recommend a private consultation.
WHAT TO BRING
• Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
• Water bottle
• Small towel or pillow (optional for comfort)
All mats and equipment will be provided.
